When contacting us using a form on this website or by e-mailing us, your data will be stored for six month to be able to process your request and related questions. We will not pass your data to third parties without your consent unless there are contradictory legal requirements or business obligations. We send newsletters, e-mails and other electronic messages containing advertising information only with consent of the recipients or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by EBULL Technik GmbH (Article 6 (1) GDPR and § 107 (2) and (3) TKG).
For the hosting of the database and web content, we use the services of Timme Hosting GmbH & Co. KG, Övelgönner Weg 43, 21335 Lüneburg, Germany, from whose servers the online offer is accessed. The data collected in the course of use includes, in particular, access data and log files containing content (e.g. entries in forms) and use (e.g. pages visited, access times) as well as meta and communication data (e.g. information on browser type, operating system, referrer URLs). We collect this data for the purpose of providing our offer, security - e.g. to avoid server overload - and user-friendliness on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR.
To protect your data, we use SSL-encryption. Encrypted transmissions can be indentified by the prefix "https://", wheras uncrypted pages use the prefix "http://". Data transmitted to an encrypted site cannot be read by third parties.
